Job Description:

Gamuda Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. This is a full-time remote work position at the Associate Level requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating as needed.3. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.5. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve department goals and targets.6. Plan and prioritize tasks effectively to meet performance objectives.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.8. Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge to better serve customers.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree preferred.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Hardworking and resilient personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions.4. Strong persuasion skills to effectively promote products or services.5. Proven planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.6. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role.7. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
