Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Continuous Improvement Manager. In this multifaceted position, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational improvements, managing IT projects, and facilitating the adoption of transformative technologies. You will be responsible for the following key areas:
Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and system requirements. Proficient in facilitating interviews, meetings, and workshop sessions to gather and refine requirements. Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical requirements for development teams.Process Mapping: Analyze existing workflows and processes, identify areas for improvement, and create process flow diagrams using drawing tools.Presentations: Develop clear and compelling presentations to communicate project updates, proposals, and recommendations to diverse audiences across different departments, management and working level.Project Leadership: Lead and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, including planning, effort estimation, execution, and monitoring.Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and outcomes. Comfortable liaising with senior management and external stakeholders.Automation and Transformation: Drive automation, transformation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.ERP Systems: Utilize knowledge & expertise in ERP systems to facilitate their integration and utilization within the organization.Testing and System Support: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support for systems, addressing issues, and ensuring system stability and functionality.System Development Life Cycle: Apply knowledge of the IT system development life cycle to guide project execution and deliverables.Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during technology adoption and process improvements. Experience in defining training needs, create required training materials such as user guides and documentation, and conduct training to end-users.Internal IT improvements: Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to internal IT improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening departmental processes. Familiarity with project management office (PMO) functions, including managing project portfolios. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.Proven experience in IT business analysis, project management, and change management.Minimum 5 years of IT experience in business process improvement and/or transformation initiatives as well as full life cycle of project implementation.Strong coordination and organization skillsStrong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.Experience collaborating with vendors and IT developers to implement new systems or enhancements.Capable of proposing alternative solutions when faced with constraints & challenges.Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Highly motivated to succeed, flexible, adaptable in fast-paced environments and passionate on continuous improvement, growth, and change.Willing to be present in the office during work hours (no working from home).Advantageous but not mandatory:o Familiarity with property development industry and accounting processes
o IFCA
o ITIL or project management certification
o Experience with SQL queries
