Contract Executive (Construction)

Job Description: Tender and contract review Prepare and monitor project budget for cost control purposes Progress claim and payment collections · Skilled knowledge in civil engineering project costing and cost evaluation.
Work evaluation and progress claim preparation and submission. Perform taking off quantities from drawings of buildings or bridges Assist tendering, measurement verification and contracts administration Qualification & Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building Sciences or Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in buildings or bridges construction Good interpersonal and communication skills Good team player and adaptable to dynamic environments Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Interested candidates are invited to write in or email with complete resume and a recent passport-sized photograph (n.r.) to E-mail : ******** / ********
