Contract Manager

RESPONSIBILITY: Lead and manage Post-Contract team.To effectively and efficiently administer and manage contracts.To manage and administer sub-contractors awards effectively and efficiently.To work closely with Operations Department to manage and maintain a list of competent and approved sub-contractors.To ensure viability and profitability of the projects handled.To advise, educate and assist the project personnel PIC's matters related to contract administration and compliance.To implement, maintain and improve the contracts department's procedures and documentation according to QMS ISO ******** and to update it accordingly.To manage a team of competent and motivated contracts administrators.To ensure transparency, accountability and responsibility is maintained in all transactions in the department in the interest of the Company at all time.To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the Management. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.Minimum 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, in similar position or related working experienceGood team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English, Malay & Mandarin and Computer literate.
