Contract Marketing Admin Executive (December 2024 - March 2025)

Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing, updating Budget, MYR and SLE report for regional submission.Responsible for preparing analysis and updating monthly reports (Local Management Updates & Regional Updates)Responsible for preparing, updating and tracking of marketing department A&P working closely with Finance Dept to ensure accuracy of expenditure and compliance.Responsible for updating Marketing Department monthly ACNielsen database, Topline Report by coordinating with ACNielsen research agency.Responsible for preparing, submitting, updating and tracking of Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Invoicing and Payment for Marketing Department working closely with Finance Dept.Responsible for preparing, updating and supporting marketing director with monthly ACNielsen, Kantar and Adex analysis for monthly Sales & Marketing meeting.Responsible for preparing and coordinating quarterly townhall meeting presentation. Responsible in planning and organizing all marketing department meetings and conferencesResponsible in managing Darlie Social Media enquiries/complains working with respective brand, cm and sales managers. Qualification: - Diploma in accounting, marketing or business administration is preferred
