Below are the requirements for Conveyancing Lawyer cum Legal Operation ManagerPossess a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and be a member of the Malaysian Bar
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Here are the responsibilitiesManage and resolve clients' issues and inquiries in a professional manner
Monitor and complete the sub-sale transaction from beginning until the completion of the process
Handle sub-sales, developer projects, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, loan documentation, and other conveyancing matters.
Familiar with all banks' requirements in loan execution, advising, and their SOP for project and sub-sale transactions
Act as the primary contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure optimal client experiences
