- Guide and support the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, and other departments.
