Job Description Financial planning and reporting - compile and analyze monthly forecast and actual result.
Also participate in preparing annual operating plan.
Product costing - prepare standard cost and analyze absorption variance.
Cost saving - drive for cost control and potential cost reduction.
Cycle count - assist in cycle counting monitoring process Liaise with internal and external auditors on matters related to cost accounting processes and consistent with internal controls and reporting requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with minimum 2 years of related experience in manufacturing operation and/or product line financial support Possess a strong level of analytical skill, numeracy and strong in financial and accounting understanding Knowledge in Excel Intermediate Level is required.
SAP and Microsoft Access would be an added advantage.
Semiconductor cost accounting experience and supply chain knowledge is preferred.
A good collaborator and able to work with other team members, as well as cross-functionally Additional Information Key roles in providing financial support (financial planning, cost saving, costing and inventory control), performing various financial analysis and reporting.
