We are looking for a critical-thinker who is also detail-oriented individual to steer our CRM initiatives to the next level.
Your key responsibilities will include: Owning CRM-related channels (eg.
Newsletters, Marketplace Inbox, SMS, etc) Crafting a circular customer lifecycle ecosystem from nurturing & converting to up-selling & cross-selling Planning content and activation strategies tailored for each stage of customer journey (pre-sale and after-sale) Be the key owner for all customer-database related matters Generate reports with actionable insights to guide direction of future activities Propose AB tests and new ways of running CRM channels Requirements Min.
diploma/degree in Business or Marketing related fields Min.
2-3 years of working experience in CRM-related marketing roles Strong content and copywriting skills with high proficiency in English language (spoken and written) Possess hands-on experienced in CRM-related platforms and tech-stacks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools (eg.
