Job Description:

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers.

Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
3. Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and processing refunds.
4. Providing information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other travel-related queries.
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Project management skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Passion for travel and a willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
