**Job Description:**

Sunway Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to join our team in a part-time remote capacity. In this entry-level position, you will be a crucial part of our customer service team, ensuring that all customer interactions reflect our commitment to understanding and empathy. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience that resonates with our core values.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.

- **Issue Resolution:** Listen actively to customers' concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

- **Product Knowledge:** Gain a deep understanding of Sunway Group's products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.

- **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in our CRM system to track resolutions and follow-ups.

- **Performance Metrics:** Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution rates.

- **Feedback Collection:** Solicit customer feedback on services and convey suggestions to management for process improvements.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to ensure consistency in service and to support each other in achieving team goals.

- **Training Participation:** Engage in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- **Adherence to Policies:** Follow company policies and procedures, showcasing ethical behavior and confidentiality when addressing customer information.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Motivated: Take initiative in daily tasks and continuously seek ways to improve processes and customer interactions.
- Dedicated: Commit to providing excellent service and meeting team and personal goals.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Attention to Detail: Carefully analyze customer issues and maintain accuracy in service records.
- Persuasion: Effectively communicate and influence customers to help them understand available solutions and offerings.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient with computer applications and capable of learning new software quickly. Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
