-Assist customers with placing orders, and processing returns or exchanges efficiently.
-Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and follow-up.
-Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services, sharing this information with relevant teams.
-Work closely with the sales, technical support, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Provide customers with guidance on pool maintenance and usage, helping them make informed decisions regarding their pool care.
