Job Description:
British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, reliable, and possesses strong emotional intelligence and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Resourceful and reliable
- Emotional intelligence and creativity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
