**Overview:**

As a Customer Service Associate at IJM Corporation Berhad, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This part-time position requires a commitment to providing exceptional service and the ability to handle various customer concerns, inquiries, and requests.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.

2. **Customer Support:**
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, addressing any pointed questions or concerns.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering strong relationships.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on service quality.

3. **Sales Support:**
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Assist in upselling and cross-selling efforts to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and inform customers about special offers.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and common issues to improve service strategies.
- Document and track issues or resolutions in relevant systems.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance team effectiveness.
- Maintain a positive and energetic team environment that promotes shared success.

### **Requirements:**

**Education and Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

**Personality Traits:**
- **Dedicated:** A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- **Energetic:** Ability to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while engaging with customers.

**Soft Skills:**
- **Negotiation:** Skilled in negotiating solutions and resolving conflicts to satisfy both the customer and the company.
- **Presentation:** Ability to convey information clearly and professionally, both in written and verbal communication.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.
