Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, independent, have strong decision-making skills, and possess emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong decision-making skills
- Emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
