Job Responsibilities:As a Customer Service professional, you will politely and proficiently attend to service requests and sales interactions with walk-in customers at the shop.
Handle enquiries on services provided, such as Postpaid, Prepaid, Broadband, Account Status, etc.
Responsible for handling customer information, monetary transactions, handsets, and ensuring proper control, reconciliation, and timely updates in the system.
