Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:
i) Assist to prepare quotations and filing and follow up on status
ii) Ensure sample preparation and submission to customers are carried out on time and to follow up on approval status
iii) Maintain up to date customer records/databases/files/requirements
iv) Responsible to administer customer PO and forecast
v) Ensure Production / Engineering Files are maintained up to date with relevant samples
vi) Coordinate with various departments on customer issues/complaints or enquiries related to delivery, quality,
samples, and documentations to ensure prompt action is taken.
vii) Coordinate with customer on non-conformance product and related activities such as RMA, Replacement, Debit/Credit Notes
viii) Follow up with customer on Sample approval/ Inactive parts/ Forecast
ix) Assist preparation of Customer shipping documents and other duties as and when assigned.
Working hours: 8.00am - 5.45pm
Alternate Saturday (half-day until 12.30pm)
