Job Description:
Supervise the overall customer service on daily job functions.
Coordinate and interact with all parties, namely the Customers, Suppliers, Vendors, and warehouse operations.
Accept any job responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Interact with the internal team on any new customer requirements and coordinate the implementation with operations.
Requirements:
SPM/STPM or Basic Degree.
Certification in Basic Supervision.
Able to speak and write in English.
Able to speak and write in Mandarin for customer service dealing with customers in Mandarin-speaking countries.
