Customer Service Executive (Exp in Logistics Operations/Bonus/Penang/5 Days)Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily customer service activities and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate and engage with all relevant parties, including customers, suppliers, vendors, and warehouse teams.
Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
Collaborate with the internal team on new customer requirements and facilitate their implementation with operations.
Requirements:
At least 2 years working experience in customer service role in 3PL logistics operations
Computer literate (Microsoft and Excel)
Good Team Player
