Job Responsibilities • Attending to in-bound calls and customers enquiry on the services of the company.
• Scheduling customers' appointments and follow-through on appointments, blood test sessions and any other services undertaken by customers.
• Managing customers' database and ensuring up-to-date customers' information is available at all times.
• Preparing the customers for consultation including measuring body profile, blood pressure and any other relevant procedure prior to consultation.
• Administration of the replenishment of nutraceuticals including packaging, liaison with delivery companies and tracking of delivery in full and on time.
• Ensure collection of payments of all products and services undertaken by customers.
• Issue Purchase and sales invoice when clients place order Person Specification: • Minimum STPM or diploma in any field with at least 2 years' working experience in customer service or front line.
• Possess good communication skills and ability to converse in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin and different Chinese dialects.
• Likes meeting people with a pleasant personality, proactive, responsible and has strong team spirit.
• Mature and able to work independently.
• Computer literally • additional skill, if got, SQL system
