Minimum RequirementsMinimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Possess own transportation and driving license.
Able to work independently with less supervision.
Good teamwork.
Able to converse in English and Malay.
Able to communicate with people at all levels.
Job DescriptionCoordinate with Shipping liner, and Consignee / Shipping for shipment arrangement.
Monitoring each shipment (Inbound & Outbound).
Determining the most efficient methods of shipping and routes to fulfil customer inquiry.
Prepare and manage shipping documents ensuring compliance with import / export rules.
Liaison with partner/shipper/consignee/customer regarding delivery arrangement.
Follow up and update detail in the report of movement container.
Supervising daily task handled by teams to ensure smooth daily operation rendered and hit KPIs.
Responsible in supporting customer enquiry - coordinating buying & selling rate to prepare full quotation by communicating with local / overseas agents (Quotation approved by Management).
Prepares daily, weekly and monthly necessary reports for customers / superiors.
Performs any other duties / assignments assigned by the superior.
