Job Description:Berjaya Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.2. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.6. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on customer service metrics.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
