DescriptionPrimary Objective:Ensure and provide quality customer service standardsSales Referral - identify existing and prospective customers' financial needs and refer them to sales personnelTo support Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to ensure smooth branch operation and compliance requirements are strictly observedTo assist in tracking branch sales and up keep of sales records and other records/reportsKey Responsibilities:Customer ServiceDeliver quality customer experienceIdentify sales opportunities for referral and cross sellingBranch OperationEnsure Bank's policies, procedures & guidelines are complied withSupport ABM to ensure smooth and effective branch operation to achieve satisfactory audit rating and score on Branch Excellence ProgramChecking and monitoring of monetary transactions and inquiry / maintenance activitiesEnsure smooth running of system, branches administration and staff administration (in the absence of ABM)Prepare and up keep branch records eg. BFS, sales reports, branch visitation reports etcOther duties arranged by ABM/BM relevant to branch operations from time to timeRequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).Minimum 3 years in sales, customer service and branch operation experienceSelf-motivated dynamic individuals with integrity, drive, diligence and a passion for high standards of service. Pleasant personality with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Independent and mature character who is proficient in prioritizing needs based on urgency.
