**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone, email, or in person.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Maintain a proactive approach in identifying customer needs and providing solutions.

2. **Problem Resolution:**
- Address customer complaints effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution while maintaining customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. **Information Management:**
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Utilize internal databases to maintain updated customer information and track service requests.

4. **Research and Reporting:**
- Conduct research to better understand customer needs and market trends.
- Analyze customer feedback and report findings to management to help improve services and processes.

5. **Planning and Coordination:**
- Assist in the development of customer service procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and industry insights.
- Mentor and support new team members in onboarding and customer service practices.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in a similar role.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and dedication to customers.
- Confident: Able to communicate effectively and handle difficult situations with poise.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Research Skills: Ability to gather and analyze information to improve service delivery.
- Planning Skills: Capable of developing and implementing effective strategies to meet customer needs.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with property development and real estate services will be an advantage.
