Job Description:

Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
4. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
8. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in customer service.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. Must be able to work part-time hours.
