**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative at Proton Holdings Berhad, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, bridging the gap between our clients and the company's offerings. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise and dedication will help enhance the customer's experience, making it exceptional and memorable.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and return/exchange policies while ensuring accurate database management.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, using creativity and persuasion to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, ensuring a positive and professional resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Proton's products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with different departments, including sales, technical support, and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and issues are escalated appropriately.
- Document customer interactions accurately within company CRM systems, ensuring a comprehensive record of customer communications.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Provide feedback on customer trends, issues, and product performance to improve efficiency and the overall customer experience.
- Uphold the company's standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications, or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service, demonstrating dedication and independence in handling customer issues.
- Exceptional persuasive skills to influence customers positively, along with the ability to think creatively to provide innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with customer service platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and resilience under pressure, with the ability to handle difficult conversations gracefully.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
