Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Resourceful and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong planning and negotiation skills
