**Job Description:**

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to develop their customer service skills in a supportive work-from-home environment. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction**: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat. Answer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information regarding products and services.

- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally. Troubleshoot problems and escalate issues to appropriate team members when necessary.

- **Order Management**: Process customer orders, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with company policies. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- **Account Management**: Assist customers with account inquiries and updates. Facilitate account/file maintenance and help customers navigate the user interface.

- **Feedback Collection**: Solicit customer feedback and suggestions for service improvements via surveys or direct communication. Report findings to management for further action.

- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system. Generate reports to analyze trends in customer issues.

- **Training Participation**: Engage in continuous learning through training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and improve service delivery.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

**Requirements:**

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.

- **Technology Skills**: Proficiency in using computer systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- **Soft Skills**:
- **Planning**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and processing customer requests.
