Customer Service & Support Executive (In-House)

The Customer Service & Support Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of sales processes.
The role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and handling customer inquiries.
The Sales Administrator acts as a liaison between the sales team, customers and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Order Processing and Management Customer Relationship Management Sales Support Documentation and Record Keeping Communication and Coordination Compliance Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 Years of Experience in the industry relevant to the company.
