Customer Services Internship

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls- Generate sales leads- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
