Information: Location: Klang Salary package: Base salary + Allowance Work days: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Job Responsibilities: Arrange booking as per requirement Maintains documentation related to shipping activities Communicating and liaising with importers, exporters, shipping lines and overseas partners through Email and phone. Need follow up closely on every job  Requirements: Resourceful, proactive, presentable, and with a positive attitude At least 1 year of work experience in the freight forwarding/NVOCC/liner companies Good understanding of shipping and logistics, as well as export/import documentation and procedure Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Fluent spoken of Malay will be an additional advantage. Basic PC knowledge, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and usage of Microsoft Excel
