**Job Overview:**
As a Customer Success Assistant at Eco World Development Group Berhad, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our products and services. This entry-level position requires a dynamic individual who is resilient, motivated, and possesses a strong desire to help customers succeed. You will work closely with our Customer Success team, assisting with various tasks to support our goals of fostering long-term relationships with our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Interact with customers to understand their needs, providing thoughtful solutions and timely responses to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- **Problem Resolution:** Assist in identifying customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams. Follow up on resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Data Management:** Maintain and update customer records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback through surveys and interviews to help improve our services. Analyze this feedback to present actionable insights to the Customer Success team.
- **Support the Sales Team:** Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers and update them on customer status.
- **Documentation:** Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer interactions and success metrics.
- **Educational Initiatives:** Support the development and distribution of educational materials or resources that empower customers to understand and maximize the benefits of their Eco World experience.
- **Team Collaboration:** Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement strategies.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** A minimum of a diploma or equivalent in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to stay positive and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated: Strong drive to learn and grow in a customer success role.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and manage your emotions and the emotions of others, leading to effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Persuasion: Capable of influencing and convincing customers while maintaining a positive relationship.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer management software (CRM) is a plus.
