Customer Success Assistant - Work From Home

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing customer accounts and relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer success metrics
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement
- Assist in creating and delivering customer training materials and resources

Requirements:
- Hardworking and energetic individual with a passion for customer success
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
