Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Officer to join our team at S P Setia Berhad. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and guidance
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers on product updates and new features
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Independent and hardworking personality traits
- Strong presentation and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
