- **Customer Interaction:**

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary, maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the process.

- **Record Keeping:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and complaints, using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify patterns or recurrent issues that require attention.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in training new team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to a positive team culture.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement and efficiencies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed support to customers.

- **Administrative Tasks:**
- Aid in the preparation of reports related to customer feedback and service trends.
- Manage documentation and data entry related to customer interactions and team performance metrics.

#### **Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
