Job Description: ? Welcome & greeting customers.
? Attending service enquiry from customers or clients' calls. Answering phone calls to arrange
appointments for guests and answering general clinic inquiries.
? Perform patient registration and cashier function, ensure accurate billing and issuance of receipt.
? Work closely with the health screening, pharmacy and dispensary department to ensure fast
registration and collection process.
? Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas.
? Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
Job Requirement: ? Min SPM or above.
? Preferably experience as cashier & receptionist in the healthcare industry.
? Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
? Good communication skills, spoken & written.
? Able to speak English and Mandarin, other languages will be an advantage.
? Proficient in using computers and systems.
? Enjoys creating memorable experiences for our guests with outstanding service and hospitality.
? Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and well groomed.
? Positive attitude, self-motivated, self-initiative, willing to learn and fast learner.
? A team player but also able to work independently.
? Being able to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
