Customs Specialist

Job Title:Customs Declaration Specialist
Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the company's import and export customs declaration business, and sorting out the customs declaration data Grant application.
Familiar with foreign trade and import and export business processes, preparing the necessary customs import and export documents according to orders, and independently completing the customs declaration to ensure timely and smooth customs clearance.
Responsible for the production of customs declaration documents, sorting out customs declaration files, and related customs clearance forms evidence archiving and sorting.
Responsible for the inspection and follow-up of front-line goods, coordinating with customs and commodity inspection departments to ensure all import and export related matters are operated legally.
Identify potential compliance risks in customs work according to laws and regulations, and improve and optimize customs-related processes.
Responsible for the identification and sorting of bonded information of Malaysian factories.
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements:Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with overseas colleagues.
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Familiar with customs declaration business processes and relevant laws and regulations related to customs affairs and taxation.
Familiarity with various Incoterms.
Relevant business, cross-border e-commerce, or international trade work experience is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
