Data Entry Specialist (Compliance-related) Responsibilities: Perform daily short selling declarations accurately and promptly to comply with regulatory requirements in the Hong Kong Stockbroking Market. Conduct thorough customer name screenings in alignment with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Enter data accurately across various functions, including but not limited to: Name Screening System, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Risk Assessment (CRA), Hong Kong Stock Short Selling Declaration & Short Selling Address. Professionally and promptly respond to daily customer inquiry emails, providing accurate and helpful information to maintain excellent customer relations. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all data entries related to stock short selling declarations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Requirements Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in data entry & data support, preferably within the stockbroking or financial services sector. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
