Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:  Project Coordination: Lead planning, scope definition, and timelines for projects.
Act as the primary coordinator, aligning specialists, vendors, and internal teams for on-schedule deployments.
Deployment Oversight: Managed project budget and coordinate internal procurement processes.
Oversee hardware delivery, configuration, and on-site activities.
Ensure proper installation, documentation, and compliance with project requirements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors for seamless integration and timely execution.
Manage stakeholder communications and updates, addressing project needs and expectations.
Project Handover Manage quality testing and UAT, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining sign-off on deliverables.
Ensure smooth project handover to support teams, providing documentation and any necessary post-installation support.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in project management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience managing technical projects.
Ideally involving deployment of IoT, video surveillance and/or networking technologies.
Proven ability in coordinating large-scale hardware and network-based projects.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Strong vendor management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
