Klinik Pergigian Dr Nurfazillah, a leading dental clinic in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Surgery Assistant to join our team. This full-time position is a crucial part of our dental care operations, providing essential support to our dental practitioners and ensuring the smooth running of our clinic.
What you'll be doing Assisting dental practitioners during patient procedures, ensuring a sterile and organised work environmentPreparing and sterilising dental instruments and equipment before and after each useEnsuring the dental surgery and treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards of hygieneProviding excellent customer service to patients, welcoming them, answering inquiries and addressing any concernsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentationSupporting the dental team with various administrative tasks as requiredWhat we're looking for Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant or in a similar healthcare roleStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection controlExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and the dental teamProficient in using dental equipment and familiar with dental proceduresDemonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a teamGood organisational and multitasking skillsWhat we offer
