To review and implement of policies and procedures regarding clinical care.
To ensure that all doctors are informed of hospital policies and practice.
To provide clinical leadership and to chair / attend all clinical meeting and monitor clinical practices.
To be involved in the business development and to develop the policies of nursing personnel.
To ensure that the facility and services licenses are up to date.
To promote high quality cost effective medical care facilities, patient satisfaction and health care provider and also staff satisfaction throughout the hospital.
To manage work from time to time.
