Ensure technical independence within the ASIC design implementation field, encompassing tasks from comprehending design specifications till executions.
Incorporating low-power design techniques such as vector-driven synthesis/layout optimization and leakage/dynamic power control.
Overcoming challenges using problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
Record the design implementation approach, considerations, challenges, and employed solutions using the company's standard documentation template.
Documenting the design process and presenting progress reports to all relevant stakeholders.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
