Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing local paid online acquisition strategies across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Support in managing and optimizing campaigns through Google Display Network (GDN) and Programmatic. Gain exposure to the setup of banner ad placements. Collect and analyze data to evaluate campaign performance against key metrics like CPI, CPO, CPA, and PPC. Participate in day-to-day tasks including campaign setup, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with team members to assist in client projects and ensure objectives are met. Support client servicing activities including performance media briefing and campaign analysis. Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to digital marketing campaigns. Accountability and full ownership for campaign performance and aligned KPIs. Stay informed about industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Requirements: Recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Passionate about digital marketing with a keen interest in learning about online acquisition channels. Basic understanding of analytical skills with proficiency in key performance metrics. Comfortable working with large datasets, using Excel for tasks such as pivots and v-lookups for analysis. Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Proactive mindset with a strong initiative to contribute to team goals. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Previous internship experience or coursework related to digital marketing is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
