-Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
-Onboard new clients and maintain regular communication to understand and fulfill their marketing needs.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Campaign Strategy and Execution
-Develop and propose strategic digital marketing plans based on client objectives.
-Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
-Ensure all deliverables align with the client's brand voice, objectives, and timelines.
Reporting and Analysis
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
-Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and results to clients.
-Suggest improvements to optimize campaign outcomes based on data analysis.
Team Collaboration
-Work closely with designers, content creators, and performance marketers to execute campaigns effectively.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Market Trends and Innovation
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
-Provide insights and recommendations for innovative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and campaign performance.
Job Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
-Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, client servicing, or a related role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
-Skills:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills are a bonus).
-Strong project management and organizational abilities.
-Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
