We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive (Client Servicing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication, project execution, and delivering exceptional results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns tailored to meet client objectives.

; Requirements:- Key Responsibilities:

Client Management




-Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.


-Onboard new clients and maintain regular communication to understand and fulfill their marketing needs.


-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Campaign Strategy and Execution




-Develop and propose strategic digital marketing plans based on client objectives.


-Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).


-Ensure all deliverables align with the client's brand voice, objectives, and timelines.

Reporting and Analysis




-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.


-Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and results to clients.


-Suggest improvements to optimize campaign outcomes based on data analysis.

Team Collaboration




-Work closely with designers, content creators, and performance marketers to execute campaigns effectively.


-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Market Trends and Innovation




-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.


-Provide insights and recommendations for innovative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and campaign performance.


Job Requirements:



-Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.


-Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, client servicing, or a related role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).


-Skills:



-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language skills are a bonus).


-Strong project management and organizational abilities.


-Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).


-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.


-Attention to detail and commitment to quality in deliverables.
