Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) on a regular basis.Understand social media analytics and prepare weekly social media data reports and monthly recommendations.Monitor and analyse onsite website traffic trends and provide actionable insights to improve traffic performance.Execute email blasting as scheduled and monitor and optimize the open rate and click-through rate for emails to enhance customer retention.Create and manage local content, including social media, that is engaging, relevant, and connects consumers with our products to build a strong online presence.Generate and propose ideas for online marketing activities.Familiarize and being sensitive to Malaysia's current media trends, identifying opportunities for better performance growth and engage with the right audience and drive relevant online traffic.Advertorial writing that well-represented our company's image.Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against goals (ROI and KPIs).Coordinate and work closely with agencies or third-party vendors/partners independently.Assist in the planning and production of video content, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and engagement goals.Facilitate other ad-hoc marketing activities as required. The Person:
Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Media & Communication, Mass Communication or equivalent.Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience in a related fieldExperience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.Required Skill(s): Copywriting, communication, problem-solving, analysis and teamwork.Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.Able to work independently and can work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesCompetent in Microsoft Office. Creative thinking, initiative and some knowledge / skill in design is an added advantagePreferably can start work immediately
