Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the marketing strategy for Limitless Technology's portfolio of brands. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, including social media (both paid and organic), affiliate marketing, CRM, PR, branding, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, a passion for digital marketing, and the creativity to build and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:


-Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and driving growth in engagement and followers. Manage both paid and organic social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.


-Affiliate Marketing: Lead affiliate marketing efforts, including partner outreach, negotiation, and performance tracking to grow revenue through affiliate channels.


-Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value, including email marketing, segmentation, and personalized marketing initiatives.


-Public Relations: Develop PR strategies to increase brand visibility, foster relationships with media, and manage communications around key brand events and product launches.


-Branding: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints. Work closely with creative teams to produce high-quality content and campaigns.


-Strategic Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand presence and drive revenue growth.

-Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing, brand management, and strategic partnerships.


-Proven track record of successfully managing social media marketing (paid and organic), affiliate programs, and CRM initiatives.


-Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and data analysis tools.


-Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with media, partners, and internal stakeholders.


-Experience in eCommerce or consumer goods industries is preferred.


-Based in Kuala Lumpur and able to work full-time, on-site.
