Digital Marketing Sales Consultant (Chinese/Cantonese)

Job Description
? To serve as the account manager and first point of contact to business owners, introducing them to exciting opportunities for increasing their business visibility through online marketing 
? Manage business inquiries by via phone, e-mail and/or live chat 
? Provide outstanding service and support to Google's advertisers, publishers and users 
? Provide strategic advice and help solve issues by working closely in a consultative role with your client portfolio 
? Implement creative ways to improve client relationships and promote other Google products. 
? Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
Requirement
• Minimum 2 years Sales experience. 
• Passion and a genuine interest in online marketing.
• Ability to work in an organized and structured manner 
• Fluent in English and native language 
• Creative mindset and good understanding of client's needs. 
• Analytical skills and a logical mindset
• Strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
