Digital Marketing Specialist [Remote]

**Key Responsibilities**:- Execute high-performing media buys that support company growth and achieve a high return on advertising sales (ROAS).- Be accountable for overall ad performance and profitability which includes reviewing of campaign performances over the weekend and ensuring positive user experience from advertisements.- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, media channels, and trends.- Collate data and analysis for presentation purposes, including monthly meetings and weekly meetings with cross-functional teams such as copywriting and design teams- Review and provide feedback on creatives from designers- Copywriting for Google and Bing search campaigns- Handle any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.**Key Requirements**:- Degree or higher (preferably in business/marketing or a related field) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in running sales-driven marketing campaigns on Facebook- Some experience in Google Ads will be an advantage- Strong proven knowledge of media-buying platforms and its compliance/guidelines such as Facebook, Bing, and Google Ads.- Analytical mindset and a self-starter with the ability to develop solutions and next steps for campaign testing.- Positive and can-do attitude when handling new marketing campaigns that require rigorous testing.- Sense of ownership in one's performance and its impact on company's success which includes responsibly managing a 4-figure media buying daily budget and achieving the target ROAS.- Conversant in English and possess a creative mindset which will be useful for conceptualizing ad creative ideas and crafting advertising assets in the form of copy, video, and images tailored to suit the target audience.This is a **100% remote role** where the potential hire must be equipped with the following to carry out this role effectively:- Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed- At least 2 monitor screen (inclusive of laptop screen)- Headset with Mic (Noise cancelling)- Webcam- Designated Workstation- Stable and strong power and internet connectivity- Noise-free and conducive environment**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Vision insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Degree or higher (preferably in business/marketing or a related field)?- Do you have 1 year of experience in running sales-driven marketing campaigns on Facebook ?- Do you have experience in running sales-driven marketing campaigns on Facebook?- Do you have strong proven knowledge of media-buying platforms and its compliance/guidelines such as Facebook, Bing, and Google Ads?
