District Manager / Area Manager

Job Responsibilities It requires strategic planning, execution of SOP/ policies, and the ability to motivate and develop teams to deliver exceptional retail experiences. Responsible for overseeing the operations of retail outlets, implementing sales strategies, and minimizing operating expenses in achieving sales targets and KPIs goals. Lead and motivate the store team to achieve a high level of performance and productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff; foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.Provide constructive feedback on sales, the effectiveness of advertisements & promotions, customers' feedback on products and services as well as market trends.Visit stores regularly to ensure full compliance with operation SOP, staff discipline and store cleanliness and upkeeping.Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.Other Qualification Diploma/ degree in Sales, Business Administration or  related fieldAt least 3-5 years or working experience in Retail Operation, managing multiple stores, relevant experiencesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
