Draftsman (Architect)

Architectural Drafting (Design & Architecture)
Creating technical drawings based on given specifications and calculations.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, or designers to understand their design intentions.
Utilising drafting tools and software to create precise and accurate drawings.
Adjusting and revising drawings based on feedback or changes in specifications.
Ensuring the consistency and accuracy of technical drawings and documentation.
Keeping up with the latest developments and technologies in drafting to provide the most efficient and accurate results.
ARCHITECT (PART 1 & 2)
Develop architectural designs proposals that meet client brief and project requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design ideas and progress.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in architectural design & project management.
Proficiency in software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office).
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT:
Able to communicate effectively in English & Malay.
Proficiency in Mandarin and other languages will be an advantage.
